STEP 4: Order particular meals for the number of people you desire to eat lunch and dinner at AYF (after logging in).  See meal choices and procedure below.

Remember:  Every member of your group (adults and teens) MUST BRING COMPLETED LIABILITY & PHOTO RELEASE FORMS. Every member of your group will be held accountable to the Policies & Procedures, so please make yourself and your teens very familiar with them.

Deadlines and Rates (also see meal information below)

  • “Early Bird” Registration – November 10 through January 17 (until 11:59pm)
    • $25 per person (includes a t-shirt)
  • Regular Registration – January 18 through February 24 at NOON
    • $30 per person (includes a t-shirt)
  • Late/on-site Registration – Online registration closes after NOON on February 24.
    • $35 per person (DOES NOT include t-shirt)*
    • Register by calling 985-867-2233.
    • On-site registration is accepted, but pre-registration is appreciated.

*T-shirts MAY be available for purchase onsite depending upon supply

Meals

To the delight of many seminarians and youth ministers, like at  AYF 2011, tokens will no longer be used to purchase meals at AYF.  This year, meals will be pre-ordered at the time of online registration.  At the festival, you will be given a ticket corresponding to each meal you purchased.  At meal time, you will trade one ticket for one meal.  (Example:  If you purchase 1 hot dog meal for lunch and 1 chic -fil-a meal for dinner, you will exchange your hot dog ticket for a hot dog meal at lunch, and your chic-fil-a ticket for a chic-fil-a meal at dinner.)

As always, you are free to bring your own meals, drinks, and/or snacks.  Also, since lunch and dinner are purchased separately, you are welcome to bring one meal with you and purchase one meal as you register online.

2012 AYF Meal Options:

1.) Chic-Fil-A Sandwich Meal: $7.00 (Limited Number Available – This option will be removed once we sell out.)

Classic fried chicken sandwich with chips, drink and brownie.

2.) Grilled Chicken Sandwich Meal:  $6.50

Healthier alternative chicken sandwich with chips, drink and a cookie.

3.) Hamburger Meal:  $5.50

Hot off the grill burger, chips, a cookie and drink.

4.) Hot Dog Meal:  $5.50

Two hot dogs, chips, drink and cookie.

5.) Red Beans & Rice Meal: $5.50

Hot and delicious container of this classic, plus a cookie and drink.

6.) Pizza Meal: $5.50

Two slices of delicious Mellow Mushroom pizza, plus chips and a drink.

**Snacks will be available for purchase throughout the day.
